Seniors & Vets

We welcome adults of all ages and abilities ranging from beginner runners, to the more experienced athlete.

We cater for those who want to do endurance running, cross country and track and field events.

We have club training sessions on Tuesday evenings.

We would like to encourage all members to join us on Thursday evenings for a steady run of approximately one hour, covering around 10km.  In Winter  we meet at either Beech Hurst, Haywards Heath, or at The Woolpack, Burgess Hill, 6.55pm for a 7pm start. In the Summer we meet at various locations to enjoy the opportunity to experience the wonderful Sussex countryside.  ALL WELCOME, the more the merrier. Runs will be led by experienced Harrier Run Leaders and will be adapted to the level of runners who join.
