You Don't Need To Be A Coach Already
You don't need previous coaching experience or an athletics background.
Parents, athletes, former athletes and volunteers can all become great coaches. We'll help you find the area that interests you and support you as you develop.

How Much Time Do I Need To Give?
Our main coached sessions are on Tuesday evenings between 6pm and 8pm, split into two one-hour sessions. You don't have to commit to both sessions or every week.
We'll agree a level of involvement that works for you and the club.
