XC is great training and racing for stamina, strength and technique, whatever your favourite distance. And a fantastic team event too!
These weekly / bi weekly sessions are open to all abilities. Join in to run around some undulating fields, some long steady and some short and sharp, even do some 90s hill reps, or practice starts whilst negotiating long grass.
WHEN: Saturday morning 08:30am commencing late August \ early September to November.
WHERE: Blunts Wood or other hilly areas.
PACE: All abilities welcome
